All tubing is 1.75″ OD x 16ga Wall (.065″ Thick) American Made mild steel for superior weldability. All bends are 3.5″ centerline radius and are produced using a CNC mandrel bender for accuracy and maximum exhaust flow. Kit includes qty 2 90 degree bends, 2 180 degree bends, 3 straight tubing pieces, 2 U-channel mounts, and the proper heavy duty, TIG welded, ” thick flange set to fit your STD head bike with a leak free seal.
